Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.
Payment is due directly to AG's Gleaming Windows on their agreed terms.
Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by AG's Gleaming Windows.
All work is carried out by AG's Gleaming Windows. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to AG's Gleaming Windows.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, AG's Gleaming Windows may amend the quote before work begins.
Provide accurate details of your property and access.
Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.
Inform AG's Gleaming Windows of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.
Payment is made directly to AG's Gleaming Windows.
Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.
AG's Gleaming Windows may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are at the discretion of AG's Gleaming Windows.
Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.
Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with AG's Gleaming Windows.
